Päivi Heikkilä (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) sells products to private individuals and/or businesses in Finland and Europe. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of delivery and prices. Product prices do not include VAT, as the seller is not VAT liable.

Ordering
Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. Orders are placed through the online store’s checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices, and shipping costs. If you provide an email address at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. The confirmation will include the ordered products, total price, and payment instructions.
Payment and Payment Methods
Orders are paid by bank transfer to the online store’s bank account. Payment instructions and the account number will appear immediately after submitting your order and will also be sent by email after the order is placed.
Products will be shipped once the payment is visible in the online store’s bank account.
Delivery
Deliveries are available to Finland and Europe. For deliveries to other countries, please contact info@kingsministries.fi. Orders are shipped on business days. For products available in stock, the delivery time is usually 3–7 business days. If the products are made to order, this will be indicated separately on the product page.
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the total shipping cost in the online store’s checkout before finalizing your order.
If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the online store immediately, but no later than within 14 days. If the package has been damaged during delivery, please report it immediately to the shipping company responsible for the delivery.
Returns
Customers of the online store have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. You may exchange or return part or all of your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact the online store first for return instructions. Include your name, order number, contact information, and bank account number for a possible refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product price will be refunded to your bank account.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
An order can be cancelled before it has been shipped by sending a written notice via email.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to refer any disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
