Church meetings are not according to the orders in the Bible; only a pastor or a visiting speaker is preaching or teaching, when the Bible is telling everyone to share what the Spirit of God has given them to share in that meeting; a vision, a song, a teaching, a dream, a prophecy and so on. The Body of Christ should be built up by each member (Eph.4:16).
• One pastor centered congregations; the priesthood of believers is not possible, as well as the ministry of apostles and prophets; this has caused wrong structure and function for the whole Body.
• Mammon-> money is leading the churches today; far too big congregations in order to follow the Biblical model in functioning; it’s not possible to practice the main purpose of the fivefold ministry and the main purpose of the whole Eph.4:11-16; to prepare every saint fully ready for their ministry from the Lord, and to prepare the whole Body of Christ to the full measure of Christ. It’s not possible to obey both mammon and God, you have to choose.

• Believers don’t have the right identity in Christ, because they are not helped to grow into Christ, and because they are not getting personal help and training in congregations. Spiritual leaders are often too concentrated in themselves, and in building their own ministries instead of building the believers and their ministries.
• Passivity – where are the are the initiatives and activity of the believers for their own growth and work in God? Believers have been only trained to sit down quiet in the audience…
• Teaching of the Word of God is in low level in churches often missing for ex the letters of Paul concerning the orders for the churches, obviously because they are not been taking seriously in those churches.
• The Word of God has been twisted to line with men’s traditions. Jesus told us that this will be done in order the people to follow their own weas. There is no boldness to teach the revelation and orders of the Bible, because the pastors are afraid to lose the people and their money.
• The structure of the congregations is not according to the Bible (Ef.4:11 offices and specially the office of a pastor); Apostles are needed to bring the order of God to the churches and to teach, as well as the revelation of the prophets and the input of the teachers are needed, also the collaboration of apostles and prophets to minister the churches. All the fivefold ministry, also the evangelists, are needed to prepare the saints for their ministry. The office of a shepherd is bent to one pastor above other elders – model; if all elders would be in the same position concerning the general leadership of a congregation, they would be really forced to seek the actual head, Lord Jesus, in their decisions, as there would not be someone over others, even though they would have different authority depending on their natural abilities and gifts of the Spirit, concerning their tasks and responsibilities in the office. .
• Goal to the full measure fo Christ is missing both for every believer and thus for the whole church (Eph 4:11-13)
• Church discipline is missing; sin and false teaching are allowed, because wanting to please more men than God; not wanting to lose the people and their money > fear of God missing > disregard, worldliness, hidden sins…

No room for the Holy Spirit to move, because the church is functioning according to the human mind, bypassing the Holy Spirit > no power, no miracles, no supernatural nature of God, no souls saved, neither any manifestation of God
• Self-centeredness, pride and disregard following man’s order and tolerance of sin
• Lawlessness > lovelessness and continuous grieving of the Holy Spirit and abandoning God’s will and Word
• Deliverance and inner healing ministry missing or being quite minor, because of false teaching and hindering of the Holy Spirit to move
• Knowledge of the Word of God missing; believers don’t know the Bible because they don’t read it
• Churches are stuck in place circling the same ring, instead of moving forward in following Jesus like He called everyone to do
